Meet April

April has been helping people transform their look and confidence as a hairstylist for more than two decades. In 2016, she turned her passion for yoga into a deeper practice and became a certified yoga instructor to help even more people transform their wellness and beauty. She completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Yoga Alliance and is currently completing her 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

As a passionate, hard-working single mom, April wanted to create more for her family and community. Combining her flair in hair artistry and her advanced yoga practice, she created the concept for POSE fitness + beauty studios in 2019. Since then, she has been building this business with the dream of empowering others to be their best in locations all over Texas.
